Livero Group is the UK's most technically advanced recruitment agency and we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team to support our consultants from different sub-brands such as Tech Heads and Mine Recruitment.

Day to day duties include:

  • using our proprietary recruitment intelligence system to increase your outreach;
  • creating and nurturing relationships with talent;
  • social media posts and thinking of creative ways to reach talent;
  • correctly adding data to our systems with great attention to detail;
  • supporting recruitment consultants with their daily work.

  • have experience in recruitment and tech recruitment;
  • have experience with CRM management, ideally recruiterflow;
  • have experience with automation tools such as Instantly or Smartlead;
  • love talking to people on the phone as well as online and on email;
  • are process driven and have a logical/analytical way of thinking;
  • are willing to put in extra time and hours to reap the rewards;
