The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communicating with residents for making appointments, be a team player and liaise with other office members, as well as site staff. General knowledge of repairs and maintenance, planned works, is important and required however, if you have experience in fire safety works, this job will suit you best.
Extracting PDF surveys and fire risk assessments
Manage complaints and satisfactory reports
For the role of Repairs Planner there is on offer a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Confident in liaising with the office and on-site staff
Able to chase operatives to actively finish jobs on time and with good quality
Knowledge of fire safety works (firestopping, fire doors etc)
Pro-active planning
With a combined experience spanning over 50 years, the company has been open for over 10 years, managing and completing projects inside London and the M25 for a variety of clients including housing associations and London councils. Projects undertaken include internal/external refurbishments and maintenance to new builds. They also have capacity and resources to take on any domestic electrical project as well as commercial/residential emergency lighting, and as an NICEIC registered company, also have their own in-house electricians.
