The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing team and drive the strategy for our HR software solutions. This senior role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives on shaping market strategies, building high-performing teams, and making a significant impact on the growth of our product portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategize and Lead: Develop and execute the overarching product marketing strategy for our HR solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Market Positioning: Lead the creation of market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that solidify IRIS as a leader in the HR software space.
- Drive Growth: Spearhead initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition, expand market share, and drive revenue growth across our product lines.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, engineering, and corporate communications to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Customer Insights: Lead efforts to gather deep customer insights, leveraging data to refine product positioning and inform future product development.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
About You:
- Proven Leader: You have over 10 years of experience in SaaS B2B technology, with a strong background in HR software and a track record of leading successful product marketing strategies.
- Strategic Visionary: You’re a big-picture thinker who can also dive into the details, with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
- Influential Communicator: You’re adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Team Builder: You have a talent for recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams, inspiring them to achieve excellence.
- Results-Driven: You’re motivated by achieving measurable results, with a focus on driving revenue and expanding market presence.
