Description
As our Product Marketing Director you will be responsible for the way WPT Global positions and markets its product, identifying key product needs and defining target audiences. You'll craft and implement a compelling marketing strategy and plan around the product, understanding the competitor landscape and our own opportunities and threats. You'll also lead product launches and prioritize product development efforts.
Requirements
- Extensive Experience in Online Gaming: Significant background in the industry, with a strong preference for expertise in poker.
- Proven Leadership in Senior Marketing/Product Roles: A successful track record in similar high-level positions within comparable organizations.
- Expert in Research, Segmentation, and Analysis: Deep proficiency in understanding market dynamics, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, particularly in remote work settings.
- Agility in Tackling Major Challenges: A results-driven approach, with the ability to swiftly and passionately address complex challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Positioning and Marketing: Oversee the strategic positioning and marketing efforts for WPT Global’s product.
- Identify Key Market Needs: Determine critical product requirements and accurately target key audiences.
- Analyze Competitor Landscape: Thoroughly understand and assess the competitive environment, identifying opportunities and threats for WPT Global.
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Craft and implement a compelling and effective marketing strategy for the product.
- Drive Product Development: Lead product launches and prioritise development efforts to align with strategic goals.
