This full-time permanent IVVQ Manager will be working on a solution/product delivering a next generation Electronic Warfare (EW) solution. This role requires a Systems Engineer experienced in leading an IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification) team and requirements management.
Development and implementation of IVVQ strategy across the business
Ensuring that the IVVQ activities are aligned to the overall Project Plan and are delivered in line with the agreed Project cost, quality and schedule constraints.
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (BEng, BSc) in a Numerate, Scientific or Engineering subject or Higher Education/equivalent training and experience.
Proven testing experience in a lead role
Proven working experience in requirements management using DOORS.
Familiarity with iterative development and agile processes
Detailed working knowledge of the engineering lifecycle, from concept design, requirements capture and management, system and subsystem design, system integration, through to test strategies, acceptance and design update.
