Job Summary

This role will involve managing the physical, virtual, and cloud-based IT systems to maintain IT services that support our internal customers and group activities.

As an Infrastructure Systems Manager, you will assist the IT Infrastructure Manager in delivering, maintaining, and standardizing our cloud and on-premise systems, IT hardware, software, telecommunications, and networking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premise systems, to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Assist in the delivery of IT systems within a dynamic and fast-moving business environment.
  • Provide 3rd-level infrastructure and system support within an ITIL framework.
  • Ensure the security of our IT systems, including network, Veeam backups, and SCCM.
  • Work with Microsoft OS and Apps to deliver business applications within a corporate environment.
  • Automate tasks, processes, and deployments to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Support business applications and work within SLAs to provide relevant reporting on KPIs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure and system support within an ITIL framework.
  • Experience with Azure, automation of tasks, processes, and deployments.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including network, Veeam backups, and SCCM.
  • Ability to work within SLAs and provide relevant reporting on KPIs.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
