As a Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will support a variety of investigations aimed at reducing major hazard events and increasing workplace safety.
Specifically, you will be involved in inspector-led workplace inspections, investigations of work-related incidents affecting workers and the public, health and safety related enforcement activity. Working alone and alongside inspectors and specialists, you will gather intelligence about workplaces and make enquiries into reported incidents or concerns in order to help inform regulatory decisions.
To be considered as a Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will need:
- A NEBOSH certificate or equivalent qualification or be willing to obtain this
- An English Language GCSE or a Scottish National 5 certificate (or equivalent) at grade C/grade 4 or above
- A full, valid driving licence
Please note, this role will involve regular travel and occasional stays away from home.
