Overview of Role:

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and resilient People Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, providing comprehensive administrative support across a wide variety of HR tasks, and offering outstanding customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers. Coordinate new hire orientations and employee training sessions. Support the HR team with payroll processing by gathering and verifying information. Handle employee requests and queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing first-class customer service. Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, amendment letters, and HR reports. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additional ad hoc duties as required based on business needs. Skills Required:

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable communicating at all levels within the organization. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proven administrative skills, with a track record of supporting a busy HR department. High level of customer service orientation, with the ability to handle queries professionally and confidentially. Proficient with IT Systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the ability to learn new software quickly. Traits Required:

Resilient, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities without compromising on quality. Friendly and professional attitude, fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders. Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required but CIPD Level 3 in HR Practice or similar is advantageous. Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred. Additional Requirements:
