Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6Perinatal Specialist(CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role, working as a Mental Health Practitioner.
58per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract
Shift Pattern: Full time. Provide support to your colleagues with complex cases, escalating concerns to Safeguarding partners and ensuring that safety plans are in place for high-risk service users
Undertake the planning and delivery of direct patient care with minimal supervision, ensuring continuity of practice and working within a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency environment
Managing a caseload and the provision of mental health care services to people with mental health care need
Be responsible for accurate recording of mental health records of all patients on admission, discharge and at review
Work within the multi-disciplinary team and to form working partnerships with other care providers
Ensure service users and / or carer(s) are enabled and empowered to make informed decisions about their care and delivery of that care, working with agencies from within and outside the multi-disciplinary team
Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Social Work
Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
