Due to internal promotion, an experienced Administrator is now required to support an highly technical Partner in the business. Organising quotes, online or via telephone, then putting full package together for adviser - ensuring correct proposal & KFD
Processing on basic products such as Bonds, Personal Pensions and Group Schemes, using Client Management
Valuing client portfolios - obtaining data from providers
Checking policy documents
Issuing policy documentation to client using professional letters
Candidates applying must have a strong and proven background working for a firm of Financial Planners. You will be conversant with whole of the market products and ideally be used to processing business on IRESS / 1st software.
If you are an experienced individual who is looking to provide an excellent level of administrative support to a Partner, then this is an excellent opportunity.
