What you will be doing
  • Act as a professional expert - we take the time to understand ourcustomer needs and address them head-on
  • Build meaningfulconnections with prospects through written and verbal communication
  • Conduct qualifying calls with prospects to identify painpoints within their business and effectively communicate the relevantinformation to the Account Executives
  • Understand andeffectively communicate Siteimprove solutions
  • UnderstandSiteimprove s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • UnderstandSiteimprove s target customer personas and the different challengesthey face in their roles
  • Build a pipeline via directoutreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) based on our prospect databaseand your own research
  • Strive for daily, weekly, and monthlyactivity and pipeline goals while providing an excellent experiencefor prospective customers
  • Adapt quickly to our fast-paced,dynamic organization
  • Collaborate closely with your directcolleagues and other departments (especially Sales, SolutionsConsulting, Marketing, and Customer Success)

  • Experiencein qualifying leads and building new relationships
  • Professional communicator, both written and verbally
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and driven to succeed
  • Thrives onmeeting and exceeding goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Team player with entrepreneurial spirit - willing to tryinnovative ideas to achieve greater levels of efficiency and success
  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year of professional workexperience, ideally in marketing, customer service, or sales
  • Track record of overachieving targets and meeting deadlines

  • Have experience communicating with people working throughoutEurope, the main focus markets are the United Kingdom, Ireland,Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
