Role : Internal Recruiter

Salary : £25,000 per annum

Location : Hybrid / Cardiff

12-month FTC (with the potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of business requirements to identify suitable candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates using various resources.
  • Create and review job advertisements and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and update job descriptions.
  • Manage and update the jobs page on the website.
  • Review and respond to applicants, organize interviews, and maintain job boards.
  • Conduct interviews, manage recruitment paperwork, and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Organise and deliver induction programs for new starters.

What you'll need:

  • Proven end to end recruitment experience (i.e. advert creation, CV sifting, booking interviews etc)
  • Ability to build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Attention to detail and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skills.
