Future PLC requires a Head of Performance Management for the newly created Performance Management function within its B2C division. The Performance Management team will provide valuable insight, trend analysis and KPI reporting across the B2C Media portfolio and Newstrade/ Subscriptions. Future Plc is a global platform for specialist media, home to some of the world’s most famous website brands including Techradar, GamersRadar, Golf Monthly and Homes and Gardens.
The Head of Performance Management(HoPM) is a key senior position reporting into the Performance Management Director. This is an experienced professional with significant breadth and depth of FP&A and commercial experience who provides essential, proactive insight and authority on performance to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members responsible for the Media business including Digital & Print Advertising, Ecommerce, Licensing and Editorial..
The HoPM supports the ELT members to help them understand the financial performance of their area versus target, insights on brand performance, trend analysis, financial and non financial KPI reporting and effective resource allocation reporting against ROIs. 
The HoPM will have a detailed understanding of the areas of the business they support, and work closely with the Financial Control team on planning and budgeting during the year.
The HoPM leads a team of around 6 finance staff who provide performance support to operational functions in the B2C Media business to drive the profitability of the division.
Understands the department's role in strategic delivery and its commercial value. Communication : Able to explain the strategic direction of business to others. Shares strategic insight and knowledge to help others make sound decisions
