The Manager, Babies’ Best Start oversees the multi-lingual family home visiting program that provides prenatal and parenting supports for families, in conjunction with Public Health Nurses (PHN) from Toronto Public Health (TPH), for the healthy growth and development of young children who may experience greater challenges related to the social determinants of health (e.g., 00 per hour.
This position is a one-year contract, 28 hours per week.

Ensure day to day supervision of employees to support delivery of high-quality service to clients.

Demonstrate commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
A College Diploma in Social Sciences or a related field.
Sound knowledge and training in infant and child development and early intervention.
Awareness of the role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and within the community being served by the position.
Functional computer and client information system knowledge.
Fluency in another language(s), including sign language.
