They work with NGO's, Governments and Private Sector clients, with work including but not limited to behavioural science, theories of change, social norms and more.
The Head of Research and Strategy will have the following role and responsibilities:

Manage a mixed-method research team the deliver audience focused insights around various campaigns.
Manage a strategy team that apply behaviour change, human-centred design and strategic thinking to the work of the business, includes leading programme design, campaign planning and doing analysis e.g political economy analysis, conflict assessments.
You will conduct quality assurance for both teams, upskilling and integrating qualitative and human centered design principles.
Assist in proposal writing and business development efforts for both strategy and research teams
The Head of Research and Strategy will have:

~ Excellent experience and understanding of research and strategy
~10 years experience working in research and strategy roles in a social impact agency, on projects domestically and internationally
~ Experience working across both qualitative and quantitative research methods
~
