Specialist Services Administrator

Language Recruitment Services ( LRS ) is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Specialist for a prestigious luxury design company with several offices in the UK.
Overseeing the complete order cycle, from generating quotes to ensuring on-time delivery, while adhering to shipping, quality, and company procedures.
Complaint Resolution: Skillfully resolving customer complaints, invoice discrepancies, and delivery queries.
Collaborating closely with various teams including merchandising, sales, testing, compliance, and shipping to deliver customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Sales Administration: Undertaking general administrative tasks and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives. Assist with after-sales service including fault resolutions.
Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in CRM and ERP systems.
Fault Resolution: Handling fault resolution and offering support to both internal and external customers across all aspects of our product range.
Demonstrating a proactive attitude by gaining knowledge of company’s brands and collections and providing additional support to the team as needed.
Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:
Previous customer advisor, merchandising, sales administration, or order processing experience.
Strong communication skills with outstanding telephone manners
Solid experience with Microsoft Office
