As an Agent, you'll be working within the Oxford team and with Network Rail, to deliver Oxford Station Phase 2 works which will increase capacity through Oxford Station to accommodate additional services planned from 2024. You will manage the technical compliance of the project to the design specification to fulfil the assigned project (or section) safely, on time and to the required quality.
Lead a significant section of the project as the Site Agent.
Take full ownership and accountability for cost management of your project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts through commercial awareness. 
Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities and medium-term plan against the contract programme. 
Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and Network Rail standards. 
Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members.
 
Proven capability working on Network Rail projects, or in a comparable setting.
Able to establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver the outcomes in terms of quality, cost and programme.
