Recruitment Assistant

As a Recruitment Assistant at Codethink you will be helping to recruit and support a team of world-class engineers and project managers. This role is critical to the smooth running of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Conducting search campaigns for suitable hires
  • Review CVs
  • Schedule and support candidate interviews
  • Help to write and maintain job ads on multiple online platforms
  • Manage onboarding of new hires

What are we looking for:

  • An empathetic and trustworthy individual, able to deal with all kinds of people and situations
  • A detail oriented person who can follow & improve existing processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing

An ideal candidate would have demonstrable experience in some or all of the following:

  • Experience in software/technology companies
  • Recruitment
  • People management
