Our client are expanding and require a recruitment lead to ensure they bring the best people talent to their amazing company.

Candidates must have proven recruitment experience, with the ability to assist hiring managers to define roles and interview effectively.

The role will be based at their manchester offices with some travel to ensure other sites have visability and face to face support for recruitment days - must have a full drivers license.

The opportunity will be hands on to develop their recruitment needs and working towards the people plan.

* Review Talent across bouroughs to ensure we have a talent pool for roles
