About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Trainer or experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our client's team for a transformative 3-6 month on-site project in London . This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the UK Government entity by enhancing their capabilities and efficiency through expert training and strategic implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Deliver Comprehensive ServiceNow Training:

  • Develop tailored training programs covering ServiceNow’s core modules, advanced features, and best practices.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse groups within the organization, ensuring clear understanding and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Create detailed training materials, including user guides, manuals, and e-learning resources to support ongoing learning.

Collaborate with Stakeholders and Teams:

  • Work closely with various departments to identify training needs and customize content accordingly.
  • Liaise with project managers and IT teams to align training objectives with overall project goals and timelines.
  • Gather feedback post-training sessions to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Provide Ongoing Support and Mentorship:

  • Offer hands-on support to team members during and after training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Mentor and coach staff to build internal expertise and promote best practices within the organization.

Execute Business Analysis Functions (For BA Candidates):

  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis to understand the organization's processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
  • Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet specific organizational needs.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and enhancements, integrating new features into training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, implementing improvements to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop strategies for ongoing education and skill development within the organization beyond the contract period.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience and Expertise:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or ServiceNow Business Analyst with substantial training delivery background.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other relevant applications.
  • Prior experience working within or alongside public sector organizations is highly desirable.

Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills:

  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner to individuals with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to engage and inspire learners effectively.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Proficient in identifying organizational needs and devising effective training solutions to address them.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to assist users in resolving ServiceNow-related issues promptly.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting training approaches to suit different learning styles and evolving project requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively within tight deadlines.

Availability and Commitment:

  • Ready to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Willingness to work on-site in London for the full duration of the contract.
