As Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and working with high-performing influencers across new and existing in-house brands. Ensuring all content resonates with our target audiences.

What You’ll Do
Talent Scouting
- Identify and recruit new brand ambassadors and influencers who align with our brand values and target demographics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and content creators. Ensure long-term collaboration
- Work with our founders to negotiate and manage influencer contracts and partnership agreements
Content Strategy and Execution
- Create and manage influencers’ and brand ambassadors’ content calendars
- Ensure content is always of exceptional quality
- Work with copywriters and video editors to create visually and verbally engaging content
- Ensure content aligns with brand values and messaging
- Leverage brand ambassadors to make the most of our working relationship
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation
- Monitor and report on ambassador performance, using KPIs including engagement, follower count, impressions, and reach
- Deliver a monthly report to senior management, with clear recommendations
- Adapt strategy in response to real-time performance data
- Anticipate the “next big thing,” and be ahead of the curve on influencer marketing trends
Brand Alignment and Compliance
- Ensure that all influencer content complies with brand guidelines
- Regularly update brand ambassadors and influencers on values, mission, and objectives
- Ensure consistent, authentic representation and content creation
Trends and Innovation
- Have a finger on the pulse, and quickly capitalise on new opportunities
- Propose and execute on innovative influencer marketing strategies
- Work to differentiate our brands, and capture new and existing audiences
What We Look For
- Experience - 3+ years of influencer management, preferably in health, wellness, or beauty
- Digital Proficiency - Skilled use of social media, affiliate tracking, and web analytics. To forecast trends and monitor campaign performance
- Communication - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Helping you build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal teams
- Industry Knowledge - Deep understanding of influencer marketing, social KPIs, and affiliate marketing best practices
- Analytical Skills - Analytical mindset, accomplished at data interpretation, KPI tracking, and campaign optimisation to grow revenue
- Project Management - Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
