Brady is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven CX Insights Lead to join our marketing team.
As CX Insights Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in measuring and improving customer experience across multiple brands and markets in EMEA. The ideal candidate is passionate about journey optimization, has a good understanding of CX measurement methodologies, and experience in building automated workflows using CX-related platforms.
You will enhance utilisation of experience insights across the business & help improve customer loyalty, and overall brand perception.
- CX MEASUREMENT: Own and conduct scalable customer research to measure and track progress of touchpoint CSAT and NPS.
- INSIGHTS AND METRICS: Develop reports and provide timely insights about customer behaviour by utilising the company's collection of experience, operational, and behavioural data.
- CUSTOMER JOURNEY OPTIMIZATION: Identify critical touchpoints and refine customer journey mapping using data-driven methodologies.
- TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION: Implement end-to-end closed loop programs by integrating our experience management platform with a robust ecosystem of business systems and 3rd party applications.
- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION: Serve as the primary data insights communicator across teams and locations, ensuring that data-driven decisions are understood and acted upon.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Support the development of new approaches to CX measurement, e.g., sentiment analysis, machine learning, and natural language processing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (with focus on Digital), Analytics, Sociology, or related field.
- Strong background in customer experience management or related field.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills to oversee CX initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to derive insights from customer data.
