The Role: As Sales Director, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and revenue . Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented sales team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve business objectives. Leading the pursuit of sales opportunities and achieving ambitious targets.
Motivating and managing the sales team to deliver results and provide accurate progress reports.
Collaborating with the Marketing Director to develop lead strategies and align sales collateral with our brand.
Providing monthly sales reports for review by the Board.
Strong network and comfort in HR functions.
Analytical skills and hands-on approach to sales performance.
Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
