We provide full training and continuous development to help you reach your potential. As the Account Manager, you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all programmes of work. You will closely monitor the Client’s KPI’s against our performance to ensure that we are delivering to the client’s expectations, offering an excellent service and value for money.
and monitor the performance delivery to ensure it meets the recognised standards of productivity, quality and compliance.
You will actively lead and manage the programmes of work to the highest professional standards, working closely with Avove’s clients, supply chain partners, local authorities, and other stakeholders. This is site and office-based role and will require travel within urban, rural, suburban and client compound environment.
You will manage several Delivery Managers, report into the Framework Manager/Director and engage with the Business Director.
You will engage with clients, sub-contractors, local authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Monitor all delivery and financial performance against the programme of work. Identify any early risks and take the corrective course of action to minimise/recover the position against the budget.
Ensure the planning, co-ordinating and supervising the programme of work is delivered in accordance with the Contract and regularly monitoring progress. Where necessary, organise collaborative planning sessions, facilitating challenge to durations and opportunities.
Fulfil your obligations for change control, suppliers quotes and support with business case approvals where necessary.
Ensure the programme of work is adequately defined, design acceptance and risk management plans are in place.
Demonstrable experience of managing projects throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Working knowledge of the NEC form of contract.
Financial awareness and ability to work to budgets.
