Role: Senior IT Manager
Salary: £55-65000 + benefits
Location: East Midlands – Derby , Nottingham

Chapman Tate Associates seeks a Senior IT Manager to join this leading and internationally based manufacturer in their East Midlands based offices. This is a new role supporting the Senior Directorate around IT Strategy, Team Management and groupwide IT support.

Role Overview:
As Head of IT, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technological roadmap, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless operations across all IT functions. From optimizing infrastructure to implementing cutting-edge solutions, your expertise will be instrumental in propelling us toward continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead a talented team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and systems.
Champion the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technological needs and opportunities.
Establish and maintain robust IT governance frameworks and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within a manufacturing or related industry.
Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and ERP systems.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.

Technically you will have worked with the following:
IT Asset Management and IT Security experience
Overseen data, network and backup related solutions
Looked after IT budgets
Come from an IT Infrastructure and technical background with a move into IT Management including Project/Service Management duties
