Located near Beverley, East Yorkshire, they are expanding their marketing team and looking for a talented and driven Paid Media Manager to help elevate their brand's digital presence. As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. You will work closely with their marketing and content teams to develop their paid media strategy. This is a role for a proactive, analytical, and creative individual who thrives in a team-orientated environment and has a strong track record in paid media management.
Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Social Media and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize performance and meet key business metrics.
- The successful Paid Media Manager will have:
- Strong proven experience in paid media management, with a good track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Social Media, and other digital advertising tools.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
