Develop and execute the regional business strategy for the asphalt division, aligning with the companys overall goals and objectives.
Lead and inspire your team to achieve commercial growth andexpand our market share whilst maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and community representatives, to enhance business development.
You are an established and visionary leader with a solid track record ofdelivering business growth, operational excellence, and strategic development. Whilst industry experience is a benefit, we are keen to hear from senior leaders from a range of related heavy industries with experience of growing a business.
You will lead by example and champion strategic customer relations and business development activity.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with a knack for building and maintaining strong business relationships.
