Job Description

We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to manage all commercial Marketing activities, to support the Sales Director with implementation of the marketing strategy and promotion of sales for this renowned and highly respected housebuilder.

You'll have complete autonomy of the marketing for your geographical region (East Midlands) as the sole marketer, however there is a team of other marketers for the other regions for you to liaise with.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for and manage the day to day marketing activities
  • Responsible for the marketing budget – working within the budget as set by the Sales Director.
  • Preparing briefs for marketing and coordinating the approval process
  • Advising the sales team on brand guidelines and advertising guidelines
  • Consultation with external agencies, i.e. PR & marketing agencies, advertising agencies, brochure designers, Media booking agencies, radio companies and PPC agencies etc.
  • Attend monthly/quarterly ad and PR meetings and liaise with sales managers on marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Co-ordinate the marketing team re new site openings, re-launches and other promotional activities
  • Co-ordinate the preparation on press statements for media enquiries. teams and relevant departments to ensure matters are dealt with in the best possible way
  • Social Media management. Work with the National Comms Manager to respond to any social media enquiry and best advise how to respond. Also work with Regional PR Teams to prepare a social media schedule to promote the regions
  • Report on the activity of the regions marketing
  • Liaise with the Commercial department, to ensure budgets are maintaining and highlight any issues which may impact on cost
  • Deal with property portals with regards to feeds, content and performance
  • The roll out of initiatives as instructed by Group Sales Director and Sales Directors
  • Responsible for e-campaigns, mail-shots
  • Responsible for the presentation upkeep of the region’s web site content.
  • Market to the existing CRM database through the preparation of SMS’s and Marketing Cloud Emails and working with CRM manager to ensure these are issued to the appropriate leads

Seeking:

We're ideally looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has 360 marketing experience. Housebuilding experience would be ideal, however other consumer marketing backgrounds will be considered.

Hybrid working is available after probation is completed.

£40-45,000 + Car/Car allowance + bonus
