You can join our team as a Senior Benefits Manager, providing Benefits support for multiple organizations and/or locations.
Oversee benefit operations covering health and wellbeing programs, retirement programs, and other employee benefits
Oversee external vendor management, negotiating and managing benefit plans, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision
Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationship at all levels of the organisation.
Corporate benefits management experience (10+ years).
