Administrator (Property Company) – SW London – c£25-28k Our client is a Property company who refurbish, restore and manage high end properties in SW and Central London. With a busy team of project and property professionals working for a wide range of UK and internationally based clients, they now seek to hire an Administrator to support their business as follows:

  • Office based in Fulham, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (there may be some working from home once settled and familiar with systems)
  • Providing full administrative support to the team which will include (but not be limited to) scheduling appointments, organising deliveries, arranging site visits, managing the directors diary & travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, providing reception duties (answering calls etc.)
  • The suitable administrator will need solid IT skills with particularly competent usage of Microsoft Office
  • The suitable Administrator will have excellent written and spoken English as well as a professional telephone manner and outlook.
  • For those who speak French as a second language, there may be opportunities to travel in addition to providing language skills in the office on a daily basis
  • Prior experience in a Property or construction environment would be advantageous but isn’t essential
This Administrator position might present an excellent opportunity for an Administrator seeking their next step having already gained 1-2 years’ experience in a junior Administrator role.
