This is a Fixed Term Contract, Start October 7th for 50 weeks.
The position of Episodic Director requires someone with a thorough knowledge of the 3D Animation pipeline, with previous experience in a similar role working on long format broadcast or film projects. Partnering with the Series Director, the Episodic Director participates in all creative aspects and in all phases of the production to achieve the overall completion of a CG Episodic TV show
Work with the Series Director to prepare animatic for delivery to client and prepare for animation
Review episodic animation passes and provide feedback for the overseas animation studio 
Experience working with Audio Post including Sound Design and Composers also a big bonus.

10+ years of industry experience in CG animation, TV, or film
~ Previous experience in 3D animation is a MUST
~ Bachelor’s degree in film, art, or related field preferred

A good understanding of the technical challenges of CG animation
Previous experience working with Overseas Studio desirable.
