Location: Hingham, Norfolk (NR9) – Office based role Department: Hours: Full time/permanent - 38 hours per week (Mon – Thurs: 8hrs/ Fri: 6 hrs – finish early)

In your role as Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all activities related to the fulfilment of assigned customer orders for our aircraft passenger seats, from when a programme is assigned until the execution of the programme and with your contributions, will help us achieve on time performance, maintain quality, cost and weight to achieve our targets.
Coordinate and establish the framework and conditions for all activities related to the fulfilment of assigned customer orders for our aircraft passenger seats.
Manage all aspects of the programme(s), including performance, cost, quality and lead-time aspects.
To help Mirus continue our journey of growth, you will bring your expertise within a similar role, have a passion for innovation, problem solving abilities and drive for optimal excellence along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:
Experience of project or programme management within either a manufacturing or engineering environment (a minimum of 3 years’ required).
Experience in managing quality processes within an NPI environment.
A good understanding of and experience with project planning software (e.g. MS Project).
