About the Opportunity:

We are now working with one of the top global infrastructure investors, who are looking to hire VP to Director level professionals for their portfolio management team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work with investment, operations, and industry partner teams to provide day-to-day asset management oversight to their growing portfolio of infrastructure assets
  2. Identify, develop, track and implement key initiatives alongside company management teams and their investment and industry partner teams to deliver business plans and generate value through proactive asset management
  3. Deliver key strategic initiatives (such as refinancings, material contract negotiations, regulatory reviews, follow-on acquisitions, etc.) at portfolio companies
  4. Identify and mitigate key asset risks alongside company management teams
  5. Implement, improve, and monitor periodic reporting by investee companies and identify material deviations and actions required
  6. Prepare and present regular updates and reporting on the development of portfolio companies to the Fund's management team
  7. Provide accurate and timely reporting, including asset valuations, to investors
  8. Collaborate with the Fund's investment team on new transactions to develop acquisition business plans and 100-day plans
Preferred Background:

The ideal candidate will have a background as follows:

  • VP to Senior Director level professionals
  • Currently working in an infrastructure fund or possibly a strategic or commercial role in a related industry
  • Possibly a senior strategy professional from a firm like McKinsey, Bain, BCG
  • Strong understanding of the infrastructure sector
  • International experience is useful
  • Highly commercial
