Job description


In your role as Senior PR Account Director you’ll be heading up a number of the agency’s biggest sports/sportswear accounts. You’ll also play a key role in winning new business and leading your team to deliver top results across PR, influencer, events and more.


  • Providing top-level strategic direction across your client portfolio
  • Maintaining a strong network of relevant industry contacts, both in the UK and internationally
  • Developing best in class client relationships, winning over trust and providing senior counsel to clients
  • Leading on new business proposals and pitches, as well as onboarding and nurturing new clients
  • Using your PR, digital and influencer expertise to oversee the delivery of 360 campaigns
  • Overseeing motivating and supporting your team, providing leadership and taking accountability for KPI delivery
  • Managing large budgets and ensuring maximum profitability for the agency and your clients


Skills & experience


In order to be considered for this Senior PR Account Director position, you must be able to demonstrate:


  • At least 8+ years’ agency-side PR experience
  • Expert level knowledge across PR, digital and influencer marketing
  • An impressive track-record pitching for / winning new business
  • Experience leading on clients in the sports/sportswear/lifestyle industries
  • Highly strategic and commercial mindset – always spotting opportunities to grow accounts and increase profitability
  • Brilliant leadership skills
