A highly regarded regional law firm is actively seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Solicitor with a focus on claimant Road Traffic Accident (RTA), Employer's Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL) cases to join their team.

As a pivotal member of a dynamic team, you will handle a diverse caseload, providing expert legal services to clients who have suffered personal injuries. Your role will involve all aspects of the claims process, from initial consultation through to resolution, ensuring the highest standards of client care.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 2 years PQE in Personal Injury Law, with a strong emphasis on claimant work.
- A proven track record in RTA, EL, and PL cases.
- Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.
- A thorough understanding of the legal framework and procedures governing personal injury claims.
- The ability to manage a full caseload with autonomy, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
