Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our construction company. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organisation and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact. We are looking for someone with experience within the construction industry and a proven track record of successful business development strategies. About the role:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking

Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the

company's client base and market presence

Use lead generation companies and tools to look for new projects and gather information of potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs promoting what the company can do for their projects

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Collaborate with the construction project management team to ensure seamless transition from business development to project execution

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and throughout the project Requirements Proven Experience within the Design & Build sector.

At least 5+ years experience in a business development or senior sales role within construction Industry

Proven experience in business development and sales within the construction industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Knowledge of the construction industry

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Experience in project management

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
