The Publicis Imagine team has been designed to be simple, agile and connected, with access to the latest innovations in media to accelerate Disney’s growth around the world, Data is at the core of Publicis Imagine’s offering. Our data ecosystem, supercharged by Epsilon, will be the end-to-end platform focused on driving growth. We do this by uncovering data-driven insights that inform marketing, creative messaging and media decisions. We will look to connect all aspects of Disney’s business to unlock growth with each of their consumers from any line of business.
Publicis Imagine is active across the globe, with the hub for EMEA based here at White City in London. We are Disney fanatics and have created a unique UK and EMEA hybrid team to deliver not only excellence in market, but also be the guiding light for the region when it comes to planning. We have brought together talent from all areas of our business, client leadership, strategy, planning, data science, content, insights and execution in agile squads that will deliver for Disney’s business.
This is an opportunity to join the Disney AV Investment team, which is responsible for planning and buying all UK AV campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, Audio and Cinema. The AV team works in close collaboration with Media Planners, Paid Social and the Digital Investment team to help design integrated solutions to Disney’s communication challenges.
This role of the AV Senior Exec will be to work on Disney’s AV (TV, BVOD, CTV, Cinema & Radio) media activity planning and overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review. Understanding and using the appropriate systems and technology to get under the skin of audience behaviour and consumption of all AV channels
Building strong, trusted relations with the AV and wider Investment team
Buying market-leading advertising campaigns across AV channels for all Disney Lines of Business. Upcoming campaigns include The Bear series 3 on Disney+, Moana 2 across Studios, and Disney Cruise Line new cruise ship launch across the Disney Experience business
Using negotiation skills and fostering strong relationships with the various AV media owners
Workings alongside the AV Manager to manage and support the 3 x AV Execs we have on the team
Taking responsibility for all campaign administration from approval to reconciliation.
Creating post-campaign analysis reports.
Experience in AV buying, especially across TV and BVOD. Experience across Audio would be beneficial.
Have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an intermediate to advanced ability on Excel in particular, this would include formula construction
Have a strong ability to communicate both face to face and on the phone
Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
