White Horse Employment is partnering with a world leading business in the consulting and services space based in South Somerset, supporting their search for a Payroll Administrator. This business has invested heavily into their business and boasts state of the art offices leading to a great staff culture.
In this role you will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and you will be part of a small team in transactional finance. Overseeing the full payroll cycle for all staff members.
Handling payroll inquiries from employees and third-party agencies.
Administering statutory payments like SSP, SMP, and pension contributions.
Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
Assisting the Finance team with payroll reporting and reconciliation as well as help out with the wider finance team

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience across payroll and general transactional finance as well have experience working with different systems.
