Job Description

As a confident Customer Service Executive, you will have a true passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything you do and provide a second to none customer experience?

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with existing customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell additional services and products.
  • Actively make sure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Clearly communicate customer requirements internally to ensure customer and company expectations are met.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in a Sales Admin role using a CRM.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to time management, multi-task and prioritise your workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to use own initiative and have the confidence to identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organisations.
  • Hard working, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in warm calling current customers with the ability to upsell.
