- Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with challenging behaviours.
- A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
- Patience, empathy, and resilience in working with pupils who may exhibit complex behaviours.
- The ability to build positive relationships with both pupils and staff.
- A passion for making a real difference in the lives of children with SEN.
- Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and improve social skills.
- Work one-on-one with pupils, offering both academic and emotional support.
- Assist teachers in implementing behaviour management plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, helping to build their confidence and self-esteem.
- Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to SENCOs, teachers, and parents.
