Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in supporting children with challenging behaviours. As part of our team, you will work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to provide targeted support for students with challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with challenging behaviours.
  • Implement behaviour support plans and assist in monitoring progress.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with students, encouraging trust and mutual respect.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to ensure consistency.
  • Assist with lesson preparation and adaptation to meet individual needs, ensuring all students can engage meaningfully.
