Brand and Creative Lead – 6 month FTC
Great opportunity for an experienced Brand and Creative Lead to join a leading UK health insurance firm on a 6 month FTC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for brand stewardship, creative excellence and managing workload across the brand and creative team.
Mostly remote working: 1 ad hoc day a month in Hampshire office
6 month FTC – £55k - £65k (prorated for 6 months)
Day rate candidates also considered
Brand Strategy and Management:
Develop and refine the brand strategy in line with company goals and market trends.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, including digital, print, and events.
Lead the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring all internal and external communications align with the brand identity.
Creative Direction:
Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, delivering high-quality visual and written content.
Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce engaging and innovative creative assets.
Manage the creative budget and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Conceptualise and execute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and other key marketing initiatives.
Ensure all creative work aligns with the overall brand strategy and meets the company’s objectives.
Work closely with senior management to align brand and creative strategies with business objectives.
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand is effectively represented across all departments.
Present creative concepts and brand strategies to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables.
Market Research and Insights:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Use insights to inform brand strategy and creative direction, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to improve brand perception and engagement.
Experience of brand management, preferably across a portfolio, including building and growing a credible brand
Experience of advertising and/or agency background with consistent eye on creativity, ensuring we are delivering distinct and engaging storytelling and visuals
Used to developing bold, exciting, challenging concepts from briefs to deliver exceptional creative outputs, with thorough understanding of how to engage an audience and articulate messages concisely
Experienced with managing creative agencies
Experienced with building strong stakeholder relationships, using great communication skills
Experienced with project managing campaigns, including reporting
