An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Brand and Creative Lead to contribute to a prominent health insurance organization.
The ideal candidate will take charge of brand management, ensuring creative excellence while overseeing the workflow within the brand and creative division.
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote with occasional office attendance
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract with a competitive salary range
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Oversight:
- Craft and enhance the brand strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
- Maintain brand uniformity across all marketing platforms and interactions, including digital, print, and events.
- Direct the creation and execution of brand guidelines, ensuring all communications resonate with the brand ethos.
Creative Leadership:
- Guide the creative workflow from ideation to implementation, producing top-notch visual and textual content.
- Lead a team of designers, writers, and external partners to create captivating and innovative creative materials.
- Oversee the creative budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Campaign Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design integrated campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement.
- Generate and execute creative concepts for campaigns, product introductions, and other significant marketing endeavors.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the overarching brand strategy and fulfill organizational goals.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Engage with senior leadership to synchronize brand and creative strategies with business aims.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective brand representation across all sectors.
- Present creative ideas and brand strategies to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct market analysis to grasp industry trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences.
- Utilize insights to shape brand strategy and creative direction, ensuring ongoing relevance and competitiveness.
- Track brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to enhance brand perception and engagement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in brand management, ideally across a diverse portfolio, with a focus on building and nurturing a reputable brand.
- Background in advertising or agency work with a strong emphasis on creativity, delivering compelling narratives and visuals.
- Skilled in developing bold and innovative concepts from briefs to achieve outstanding creative results, with a deep understanding of audience engagement.
- Experience in managing creative agencies.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Expertise in formulating and executing campaign strategies.
- Strong ability to cultivate stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
- Experience in project management for campaigns, including performance reporting.
- Familiarity with working in a regulated environment.
