We develop quality training courses and nationally recognised qualifications that are delivered through a national network of training Provider Partners.
Working with a range of partners to promote the opportunities within the sector to an increasingly diverse audience, our training and qualifications are delivered to more than 116,000 learners each year across the UK. We are now looking for a Product Developer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.25 days annual leave, increasing with service

Specifically, you will create qualifications, instructor-led training programs, and e-learning courses that meet market needs, align with industry standards, and comply with regulatory requirements.
You will manage projects from initial concept to launch, collaborating with subject matter experts and ensuring products are fit for purpose and of the highest quality.
Lead the development of qualifications, training products, and assessments
- Develop clear, structured, and compliant qualification and training content
- Implement quality control processes to ensure high product standards
- Experience in qualifications development
- Project management skills with experience managing products from inception to launch
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for qualifications
- A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our location)
