Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Field Sales Merchandiser at our Kenilworth facility. This role involves overseeing the presentation and promotion of our products in retail stores, focusing on display setup, inventory management, sales data analysis, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to optimize product placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish visually appealing displays in retail stores to showcase our products effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to meet customer demand
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for effective product placement and promotion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the home and garden accessories industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Clean driving license (as some travel may be required)
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
