From commercial maintenance works to large-scale heritage refurbishments, their commitment to quality and innovation sets them apart in the industry.
The Role:As a QS/Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our clients team, utilizing your expertise to tender for small works projects and ensure the successful delivery of special projects, which can range up to 2 million in value. Conducting thorough cost analysis and estimating for small works projects, including commercial maintenance works, refurbishments, alterations, and extension works.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver accurate estimates.
Overseeing project management duties, including cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
Providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize project costs and schedules.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as a QS/Estimator in the construction industry.
Experience tendering for small works projects, with projects up to 2 million in value.
Ability to manage projects across various sectors, including healthcare, residential, and large-scale heritage refurbishment.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
