Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will be to work on timber frame and low rise apartment developments across various regions, managing multiple sites simultaneously. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

Fawkes & Reece London is a regional developer with 40 years of experience working on timber frame and low rise apartments. With approximately 700 homes built annually, you will be part of a commercial team of 12, working closely with buyers and estimators. The role is primarily office-based in Bury St Edmunds, with travel to sites.
