A global leading Tech and Life Sciences organisation currently seek an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to head up their payroll offering.

This role will give full ownership to run, drive and own their EMEA payroll offering outright as they continue to grow and develop further.

Managing a team of 9 you will oversee the entire payroll process and play a key role in mentoring and training the team to maximise their potential.

This is a key role which is vital to my client's success.

Overview of the role:

Play a lead role in the overall transition and partner on improving the current payroll processes.
Making sure that the team provide a high-touch service to internal and external stakeholders.
Play a lead role in the continued development of the payroll offering.
Influence stakeholders, communicate effectively and strive to drive positive outcomes.
Vendor Management.

How you will make an impact:

Implement payroll operating model in EMEA in line with the global payroll operating model and HR Business Partners strategy.
Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects across the UK and EMEA.
Ensure that the UK and EMEA payroll is accurate.
Maintain payroll confidentiality.

What you bring:

Wealth of payroll management experience across the UK and EMEA landscape.
Strong vendor management skillset (ADP).
Team leadership and development skillset.
Ability to manage and lead on projects across various jurisdictions and meet deadlines, targets and budgets.
