Senior Selling:
In-depth understanding of NHS structures and processes, with a strong commercial acumen.
Take senior responsibility for various selling actions in partnership with junior staff, including:
Writing business cases.
Account Management:
Lead and manage key client accounts, taking on initial account lead responsibilities.
Assume leadership responsibilities within client teams, providing guidance and coaching to junior staff.
Set clear goals, targets, and performance expectations for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Weekly scrutiny of performance and campaign activity
Being the liaison between internal (new business and ops team) and external stakeholders (client team)
Brand Ambassador:
Upholding the standards / policies / processes.
Quiddity represents the business development functions of digital health innovators. Our approach involves breaking down responsibilities into specialised roles ( Account Director, Business Development Manager, Sales Development Representative ). Basic salary - £40-55k (depending on experience)
Commission based on performance, which encompasses:
-Account level bonus
-Vitality Private Healthcare
