Production Planning & Logistics Manager

We are actively seeking a Production Planning and Logistics manager with a dynamic approach for a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution business.
This is an incredibly rare opportunity to join a thriving local business in a role offers room for further professional development & progression within the company. Our clients’ customers are based globally, and the company import from their international manufacturing operation to the UK and assemble products to the customers specification before going out to the customer.
5 years’ working experience within a production planning & logistics role in a production and warehouse setting.
• A dynamic and flexible approach to the role as each day will be different.
• Eager to continue professional development and take on further responsibilities as you progress.
• Strong team management skills – able to adapt managerial style to suit various sites.
• Strong computer literacy skills – MS Office (excel is essential), Sage.
• Managing and ensuring the accuracy of product storage & warehouse inventories.
• Establishing & managing incoming and outbound shipping schedules.
